Memory changes can occur for a variety of reasons and are often treatable. Getting tested can provide peace of mind and give you the information you need to better manage your health and future. Mainely Memory offers cognitive-linguistic testing that can help differentiate between age-related memory loss, early dementia, mild cognitive impairment, and conditions like anxiety or depression.

Memory Memory provides in-person visits, in their home or care facility.  We provide companionship, preferred activities, pet therapy and collaborate with staff.  We  can also provide care management services to support medical needs and assist with managing medical appointments. Families are provided weekly updates and unlimited email communication. 

Unfortunately, No. All services are private pay, by debit or credit card and due at scheduling of service.  A Superbill for insurance reimbursement may be requested. Physician referral required—contact your provider today!

The Initial visit can take 1-2 hours.  The evaluation includes completion of standardized testing, interpretation of results, questionnaires completed by family, intake paperwork, and more.

Primarily teletherapy statewide. In-person available within 30 miles of Damariscotta (+$0.65/mile travel fee).

Yes! Staff training is avialable within the state of Maine. Rates vary depending on group sizes and length of training.
