Ongoing, personalized guidance focused on communication strategies, daily routines, and relationship‑centered approaches to care.

Family Education Session ~$200

A collaborative session for families or small groups covering condition awareness, care planning, communication tools, and person centeted activities.

Tele‑Visit ~ $100
